Fees
Contingency Fee Basis
- ✓ No upfront costs - You pay nothing unless we recover funds
- ✓ Contingency-based: We only get paid from recovered amount
- ✓ Court costs: May be deducted from recovery (not paid upfront)
- ✓ Clear agreement: All fees disclosed in writing before we begin
Limitations of Liability
To the extent allowed by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in your case
- Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you
Governing Law
