Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers to your partnership questions
What if a case doesn't recover?
You owe nothing. No recovery means no fee. We absorb the marketing and lead generation costs. You're only paid for successful recoveries.
Can I reject cases?
Yes, absolutely. You have full discretion to accept or decline any case. There's no minimum case requirement, though we recommend capacity for at least 5 cases monthly for optimal partnership benefits.
What are the exit terms?
30-day notice is all that's required. You'll complete any pending cases (typically 60-90 days) and receive full payment. No penalties, no clawbacks, clean exit.
What about malpractice coverage?
Your existing malpractice insurance covers these cases as part of your normal practice. We provide comprehensive documentation to support your defense if ever needed. No additional coverage required.
How does territory assignment work?
Cases are assigned based on your licensed jurisdictions and capacity preferences. No exclusivity required - you can maintain your existing practice and client relationships. We simply add to your case volume.
What technology do I need?
Basic requirements: internet connection, email, and ability to e-file in your jurisdiction. Our portal is web-based and works on any device. Full training provided.
